Aircraft Production Lists and Sources
|
|
I have collected several aircraft production lists and have links to many on the 'net. First I'll list my hard copies and then the links.
Aircraft production lists typically list aircraft by c/n, showing the model, original purchaser, and sometimes history up until the time of publication. Lots of interesting stuff there. I can help you research an aircraft but on a time-limited basis. Contact me if I can help you with a pet project, or if you have some production lists for sale.
Let me caution you that there are errors in many production lists, and they move from one list to another. Actually, the only thing that was ever written that is without error is the Bible.

rzjets is a fantastic site. Move deliberately though, and don't be quick to make assumptions. I use it thorough the search box and often find that more than one aircraft will come up under a given c/n or registration. Learn how to use it, and it will serve you well. |

Many Airliners |

Don't start into this one unless you have a lot of time. It goes back to the C-46's, DC-4's and other older airliners, piston, turboprop and jet. Massive lists that you can download as Excel files. My hat is off to Servaas C. Verbrugge and Aart Langevoort for their incredible work. |
